Price – Saver Cards
The Fall Fundraiser ends Sunday, August 29th. Students may turn money in to the church / school office as late as Monday morning. Don't miss out on your opportunity to earn a free trip to Cedar Point / Moonwalk Adventures (day off of school). Students only need to sell 10 cards to earn the reward trip! Plus, ten students will win a cash prize!! To qualify for a chance to win a cash prize, students only need to sell 15 cards, and money from phase one applies!!! This weekend is a great opportunity to sell more cards. To get more cards over the weekend, contact Mrs. Varnum at 266 - 8444.
Berean Sports
The varsity soccer team has an away game Tuesday, August 31st, against Moncolva Christian at 5:00 p.m. The bus will be leaving at 3:30 p.m. and returning around 8:30 p.m. Students shoud bring money for supper on the way hom. The varsity volleyball team has a HOME GAME Tuesday, August 31st, at the Hope Community Center against Roanoke. The volleyball game starts at 5:30 p.m. (Time & location are a change from the original athletic schedule.)
Elementary Art
Miss Kish has asked that all 1st and 2nd graders and all 5th and 6th graders bring an old shirt to paint in (to the top of the knee) by Wednesday, September 1st. If this is not possible or inconvenient, please send a note with your student, and Miss Kish will provide your student with a paint shirt. Thank you.
Chapel Uniforms
Starting Tuesday, September 7th, students should wear their chapel uniform to school on chapel days. Due to the warm weather, sports coats and sweaters are not required until October 5th.
Gym Shorts
All 7th – 12th grade boys need to wear their complete P.E. uniform to gym class starting Monday, August 30th. Gym shorts should be blue or black and need to touch the top of the knee. Please refer to the BBA Handbook for details about P.E. uniforms. Also, Pastor is allowing "no-show" socks for P.E. class.
Volleyball Home Games
All volleyball home games will be held at the Hope Community Center. (Located behind Pizza Hut.)
