For the week of 12/2 to 12/8/11

Michigan Hometown Wonderland

It's not too late to plan on attending the Ladies Conference tonight and tomorrow.  The first meeting starts tonight at 6:00 p.m. at Metro Baptist Church in Belleville, MI.  Girls and ladies are encouraged to attend this fun and spiritually uplifting conference.   We are excited to announce that Mrs. Rogers will be one of the special speakers tomorrow! (If you haven't had a chance to sign the card or give $ toward a special "Christmas gift" that will be presented to Mrs. Rogers Saturday afternoon, you can look for Misty Majewski or Jenny Varnum tonight and tomorrow.)

Christmas PTF

We are planning ahead for some Christmas fun!  Please mark your calendars and note the following changes:  On December 20th, the Christmas PTF will start at 6:00 p.m.  Spread the good news, we are not having an official Christmas program; however, we will go Christmas Caroling in groups at several local nursing homes.  Students will be working on Christmas cards and coloring pages for this special even, and are required to attend the caroling activity.  Parents and siblings are certainly welcome to join in on the fun, too!  There will be a required PTF at BBA following the caroling activity along with cookies and hot chocolate.  Please plan on bringing a plate of cookies to share.

Championship Hooded Sweatshirts

Soccer M.A.C.S. State Championship Hoodies will be available to purchase before Christmas!  Order forms will be sent home with BBA students next week.  The sweatshirts are royal blue with white print and come in sizes small - XXL.
Prices are as follows:
Royal Blue Hooded Sweatshirt with front design only - ($18.00)
Royal Blue Hooded Sweatshirt with players and coaches names listed on back - ($22.00)

Fruit Sale

The Fruit Sale has officially ended.  Top seller awards, class award, and the total school-wide average will be announced during chapel next week.  Thank you everyone who worked hard at raising money for Booster!  Please not that ALL order forms and un-used certificates need to be returned to the school office no later than Monday, December 5th.

End of 6 weeks

Today ends the first six weeks for the second quarter of school!  Grade slips will be sent home with students on Wednesday, December 7th.  Please do not hesitate to call you students teacher if you have any questions concerning your young person's progress in school.  Also if you still need help understanding Think Wave or have any questions regarding Think Wave, please contact Tim Cook through the church or school office.
