Soulwinning
Many members go soul winning on their own at different times during the week. Church-wide soul winning is on Thursday night at 7:00 during the summer and Saturday morning at 10:00 the rest of the year.
Before going out, there is a time of testimonies and teaching usually regarding witnessing.
It is the obligation of every believer to go as Mark 16:15b states:"Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."
Reaching Judea
Acts 1:8 "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem (Adrian), and in Judea (Lenawee County), and in Samaria (State of Michigan), and unto the uttermost part of the Earth (the world)."
Berean Baptist Church is the watchman for our Judea, Lenawee County. Lenawee County covers 750 square miles and has 110,000 residents. In the summer the county grows to 125,000 people due to the lakes that are around the county. Over 90% of those people are lost. Who will tell them about Heaven? Who will go? Those of us from Berean Baptist Church must go as God has commanded.
The goal to reach our Judea is to knock on every door, tell all that Jesus saves, and leave a tract at every house. We must also disciple those who receive Christ as Savior.
We have divided the county into 25 sections from one corner to another, and people go out to reach that goal. We need your prayers as we tell the lost about our Savior, and Lord Jesus Christ.
